If your order is out of stock or we are unable to fill it for any reason, we will update the status of your order to Out of Stock and issue a full refund.
Before return/exchange merchandise a customer MUST contact us within 7 days after receiving their package to establish authorization. Additionally, in the event that the mistake was due to customer negligence, the merchandise must be returned in the original condition to us AT YOUR EXPENSE within 10 business days from the date of delivery. In returning your merchandise, you are required to obtain a return authorization from us and a tracking number from the shipping agent and provide us with this information. Any returns without contacting us, will not be honored. All refunds are refunded in the full amount if we make any error. Others will minus some interrelated fees. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. No food product or food packaging will be accepted as return.
Cancellations will only be accepted if the product has not already been dispatched. If items have already been pulled for shipping, you will be charged a re-stocking fee, which will be 20% of the total order amount.
